Life Odyssey is a Mobile AR Game with Pokemon Go and Final Fantasy Elements

Life Odyssey is a mobile augmented reality (AR) game. If you do not know what AR is, just take a look at Pokemon Go. The game uses your camera to feature the monsters into your real life world! So players will need to walk around town or anywhere else to find monsters, craft items or even loot.

One of the reasons why we said that it has both Pokemon Go and Final Fantasy elements in it is because the game uses AR and it is an RPG game. You start of as a lone adventurer, awaken to find themselves with a dragon youngling as your companion. Your dragon friend will help guide you through the hostile world with a turn-based combat system as you explore the world.

Of course, being an RPG you will be able to choose your own class from Clerics, Barbarians, Paladins and Warriors. Each of these classes has their own abilities which can be leveled up with an AP cost. You gain AP by leveling up and you can store them to learn more powerful abilities later. There are certain skills that do not cost AP so that players will not waste their turn while waiting to use a more powerful attack.

Drawing players into a world of AR and fantasy-isque, you will need to walk around the world to collect items for crafting and fighting monsters as well. For every step you take, it also charges up your energy and gemstone that will allow you to access dungeons. new locations and other abilities. Like a Final Fantasy game, there’s a story to it and you are the main character. There are NPCs to interact with certain dialogue options to choose from. That means players can portray a certain personality of the kind of hero you want to be!
