24 September sees a new session of Playstation’s State of Play! We got a bunch of reveals, and most importantly, The Last of Us Part II‘s release date! Read on to find out when! Check out the stream below too.
HUMANITY
A game from ENHANCE and THA* LTD, comes a game featuring… Humanity? They look like they’re colliding a bunch and can do battle. I’m sure we’ll find out more some time. Humanity launches in 2020.
CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE
The next game in the Call of Duty franchise shows us a sneak peek at Special Ops: Survival Mode! Game comes out 25 October 2019, so we won’t have long left to know what the story will bring, too.
WATTAM
From the creator of Katamari Damacy comes a new, weird?, colourful game about reconnecting people and rediscovering worlds! There will be solo and co-op play available when it releases December 2019.
ARISE – A SIMPLE STORY
Piccolo and Techland Publishing brings us Arise – A Simple Story. There’s not much info on it yet, but the player character’s send off to presumably a Valhalla of sorts looks incredibly gorgeous.
LA NOIRE VR CASE FILES
LA Noire VR Case Files will be joined by GORN (Winter 2019), ESPIRE1: VR Operative (September 2019), Stardust Odyssey (Winter 2019), After the Fall (2020) and Space Channel 5 VR: Kinda Funky News Flash! to the PS VR lineup.
MEDIEVIL
The MediEvil demo is out today on the PS Store, playable until 6 October! Play through it to get Dan’s Helmet for the full game which releases in October!
CIVILIZATION VI
Playstation users can finally play this city building sim game, available 22 November with its bundle packs available too.
DEATH STRANDING
You were all probably expecting this. The Death Stranding PS4 Pro Bundle Limited Edition will be available on release day, 8 November 2019.
AFTER PARTY
From the creators of Oxenfree, comes a game where you must outparty Satan to escape hell! Available 29 October.
OCTOBER PLAYSTATION PLUS
The Last of Us Remastered will be available with The Show 19 for subscribers!
THE LAST OF US PART II
Last but not least, we finally have a release date for The Last of Us Part II. Ellie’s story continues 21 February 2020. We finally see Joel’s return, too!
