Konami Digital Entertainment Limited announced that the demo for Contra: Rogue Corps will be released today for PS4 and Xbox One. You will be able to die into the Damned City in the latest action-packed entry to the cult-classic CONTRA franchise, taking control of Max ‘Kaiser’Doyle, leader of the Rogue Corps.
This demo will showcase the single-player campaign of the twin stick, third-person action game, including a playable preview of one of the many large-scale boss battles that you will get to enjoy once more once the full game hits on September 24th in Asia. The demo is a standalone so meaning the game won’t affect the full game once it is out.
Players will get to complete missions in PVE campaigns, gathering resources to upgrade their guns and body parts to stay alive in the Damned City. Players also can bring a friend online into your game and together nothing can stop both of you. Beyond the campaign, players will also have an access to a co-op and unique online PVP mode called Carnage League.
