Last Night, Pokemon Sword and Shield dropped huge information for their upcoming game coming into Nintendo Switch.  Previously, Pokemon Sword and Shield introduced new feature to its series, which Gigantamaxing and Max Raid Battles. In the latest trailer on Galar Research Update, you can apparently get jobs in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

In the Galar region, each Pokemon Center features a new type of PC called a Rotomi. Rotomi serves as like a job board where you can look into a list of available Poke Jobs. There are many places requesting the help of Pokemon including corporations and universitites.

Once you accepted a job, you can send one of your beloved pokemon from your Boxes to finish the job. You can decided on how long you want to send your Pokemon out on the job. After finishing the job, your pokemon will level up and will be rewarded with Exp, Points or base points.

Your rewards will depend on how long does it takes to complete the job. The pokemon type that you sent can also affect the jobs rewards.You might get some rare items on the job too.

Pokemon Sword and Shield will be coming on this fall on November 15th. The game will be released just right after Nintendo release a special Pokemon edition Nintendo Switch Lite. You can visit the official website to know more about the Poke Job.
