It has been over a year since Mario Kart Tourwas announced. Details on the mobile game are still scarce until now, but here is a good news. A closed beta test for Android users is set for May 22 to June 4, and you can now apply to be one of the participants!
If you are new to Mario Kart Tour, it is a mobile title of Nintendo’s popular Mario Kart racing series and will probably be based on the console version. The game was supposed to release in March 2019, however it is then delayed to summer 2019 as announced by Nintendo last February.
The closed beta test will run in both North America and Japan. You will need a Nintendo account in order to apply, take note that the application period ends on May 7 (8 p.m. PT) too. Stay tuned for more updates!
