Hunter x Hunter Greed Adventure launched in Japan

Hunter x Hunter Greed Adventure will launch tomorrow (5th December) in Japan for Android and iOS. It was previously undergoing its beta phase in Japan for 1 week during October.

The game takes place after the Greed Island Arc in the manga and anime. Following the completion of the arc, Hunter x Hunter Greed Adventure will follow its own original story. In this game, Greed Island has evolved into Greed Island 2 under the influence of the Hunter Association. Although the story has been changed to suit the game, fans can enjoy flashback scenes from the anime.

The gameplay focuses on simple 1-tap controls for movement and skill activation. Furthermore, players can boost their characters by equipping Skill Cards on them. Each card provides unique boosts and moves for the characters. In addition, players can limit break their characters by feeding duplicates of the target.

Multiplayer is available in Hunter x Hunter Greed Adventure. Players can party with up to 3 other players to clear quests and dungeons. For gacha players with poor luck, this game has some relief for you. Outside of the gacha system, players can earn characters through quests. Although it is unlikely that the quests will reward an SSR card, players can still at least obtain SR cards.
