Huawei announced a few new devices for their flagship Mate series: Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 RS and Mate 20 X recently. Shortly after the announcement, Huawei Malaysia has officially revealed the price and launch date for the Mate 20 series in Malaysia too – you can get it as soon as October 27!

Both Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro (6GB RAM + 128GB ROM) will be available in Malaysia from October 27 at RM2799 and RM3599. However, Mate 20 will only be available in Twilight Black, while Mate 20 Pro is coming in 3 colour options – Midnight Blue, Emerald Green and Twilight Black. Those who purchase the new smartphones early may get a free SoundStone and Wireless Charger as well.

Also, Huawei’s new gamer dedicated smartphone – Mate 20 X will arrive in Malaysia on November 11 for RM3199. Phantom Silver with 6GM RAM + 128GB ROM will be the only Mate 20 X version that arrives in Malaysia, but Huawei might bring in the 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM version too if Mate 20 X is getting good responses here. No news on the Mate 20 RS yet but it is expected to be priced at RM6999.

There will be roadshows at Pavilion (Kuala Lumpur), Queensbay Mall (Penang) and AEON Bandar Dato Onn (Johor Bahru) soon, where the first 1000 (or 300) customers can get a DJI Tello Drone for free. Stay tuned at Huawei Malaysia’s official Facebook for the latest updates!
