Eliphant, the creator of GameStart Asia, has announced Indie Wavemakers Exchange 2026 (IWX 2026), a new business-focused event for Southeast Asia’s indie games industry.

The event will take place in Singapore on July 10, 2026. It aims to bring together indie developers, publishers, creators, and industry partners in one space. As a result, attendees can network, share ideas, and discover new opportunities.

A New Event for the Region’s Growing Indie Scene

Southeast Asia continues to grow as a game development hub. Because of that, Indie Wavemakers Exchange 2026 plans to create a focused platform for regional talent.

Unlike consumer gaming expos, IWX 2026 focuses on business connections. Developers can meet publishers, creators can build partnerships, and studios can present their projects directly to industry professionals.
