Developer Mundfish Studio and publisher 4Divinity have officially released DLC #4 “Blood on Crystal” for Atomic Heart, marking the final expansion in the game’s post-launch content roadmap. The new DLC is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC, delivering what the studio describes as the longest expansion yet with over eight hours of gameplay.
Alongside the expansion, the Atomic Heart Ultimate Edition has also launched across digital storefronts, bundling the full experience into one complete package.

Blood on Crystal Brings Atomic Heart’s Story to Its Final Chapter

“Blood on Crystal” serves as the narrative conclusion to the story that began in the base game, taking players deeper into Facility 3826 than ever before. The expansion follows protagonist P-3, alongside the Twins and their allies, as they attempt a final push to stop CHAR-les and prevent humanity’s destruction.
Players will explore new locations including the Wave Platform and the classified Crystal Complex, uncovering the truth behind CHAR-les’ plans while facing the most dangerous encounters introduced in the game so far.
The DLC positions itself as a climactic finale that also sets the stage for the future direction of the Atomic Heart universe.
New Enemies Introduced in the Final Expansion

“Blood on Crystal” introduces a new enemy faction known as the Polymorphs, experimental creations capable of shifting elemental properties using polymer-based transformations. These enemies require players to adapt their combat strategies mid-fight, reinforcing the game’s emphasis on ability-driven combat flexibility.
To counter these threats, players gain access to some of the strongest glove abilities and weapons available across the entire Atomic Heart experience. The DLC also features several large-scale boss encounters designed as the ultimate test of the player’s upgraded arsenal.
Atomic Heart Ultimate Edition Now Available Digitally

Coinciding with the release of the final DLC, Atomic Heart Ultimate Edition is now available across all digital platforms. This version includes:
- The base game
- All four Atomic Pass DLC expansions
- A digital artbook
- Every released weapon and glove cosmetic
The Ultimate Edition represents the most complete version of the game released to date.
Final Soundtrack Volume Released for Existing Owners
Players who already own the official Atomic Heart Original Soundtrack have also received Volume 6, the final soundtrack update, as a free addition. The release includes additional tracks such as energetic rock reinterpretations of classic Soviet-era compositions featured throughout the game.
With the launch of “Blood on Crystal,” the Atomic Pass content roadmap officially concludes, bringing the main storyline of Facility 3826 to a dramatic close while hinting at what could come next for the franchise.
