Bandai Namco has officially announced Digimon UP, a new free-to-play monster-raising RPG coming to iOS and Android in 2026. The game is built around the concept of “A Digimon journey that moves with your life,” positioning it as a title designed to fit into players’ everyday routines.
The upcoming mobile game will feature brand new pixel art and brings back a number of familiar elements from the franchise. Players will be able to pick a Digimon partner, feed and train them to grow stronger, and push their partner all the way through to Mega Digivolution which is the highest level of evolution in the series.

Battles are also part of the experience, with players raising their Digimon and using them to fight and claim victories. The game also includes returning franchise features such as Cards and Digivices, both of which have been staples across its games, toys, and anime over the years. These are described as part of a collection of familiar features for long-time fans of the series.
The game highlights that each Digimon is unique, so players are encouraged to choose a partner that suits their own playstyle. No specific release date beyond 2026 has been given. More information can be found on the game’s official website.
