SEGA has announced that its football management game, SEGA Football Club Champions 2026, has officially crossed 2 million downloads worldwide. To celebrate the milestone, SEGA is rewarding all players with a free in-game gift package. The items will be sent out on March 22, 2026 at 14:59 GMT and include 10 Training Card Tickets, 100 Training Card Pieces (SSR), 2 Performance Wristbands, and 20,000 Trainer Upgrade Modules.
For those who haven’t tried it yet, SEGA Football Club Champions 2026 also commonly known as SFCC is a football management simulator where you take charge of a newly formed club. You start with a local squad of semi-professionals and work your way up, training players and guiding your team toward the top. You can even pick a club based on your hometown or a city you support.

The game is officially licensed by the Meiji Yasuda J.League and covers all 60 clubs across the J1, J2, and J3 divisions. On top of that, it features over 5,000 real footballers sourced from major European leagues, FIFPRO, the K League, and more. SEGA has also announced a partnership with Manchester City FC as part of the game’s lineup.
What many players may not know is that SFCC is actually the global version of SakaTsuku, a long-running and well-known football management series from Japan that has been around for 30 years. SEGA Football Club Champions 2026 is currently available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, iOS, Android, and Steam.
