Warner Bros. Games has officially announced that pre-orders for LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight are now live. Following the game’s trailer reveal at The Game Awards last week, fans around the world expressed excitement and anticipation for the upcoming release.
Trailer Reveal Excites Fans

During the reveal, LEGO Batman appeared live from the Batcave to introduce the “Heroes & Villains” trailer. Players got their first look at action-packed gameplay featuring Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, and Catwoman. Each character has unique abilities, gadgets, and combos, and progression trees allow for personalized playstyles.

Additionally, the trailer introduced several DC Super-Villains, including Two-Face, Poison Ivy, Firefly, and Mr. Freeze. Notably, iconic adversaries such as The Joker, The Penguin, Ra’s al Ghul, and Bane also appear. Fans were treated to glimpses of the Batmobile from Batman: The Animated Series and the Batpod from The Dark Knight films. Both vehicles can be used to explore Gotham City’s open world.
Pre-Order Options

Pre-orders are now available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The Standard Edition, priced at $69.99 (RM332) includes the main story campaign, which follows Bruce Wayne’s journey from his origins to becoming Gotham’s hero. Players train allies like Robin, Nightwing, Batgirl, Jim Gordon, Catwoman, and Talia al Ghul.

Meanwhile, they explore Gotham City, confront Batman’s Rogues Gallery, and complete challenges using each character’s gadgets and skills. Furthermore, the Standard Edition offers over 100 Batsuits and outfits inspired by Batman’s legacy. Players can also drive more than 20 vehicles and customize over 250 Batcave props and trophies. In addition, all pre-orders receive The Dark Knight Returns Batsuit at launch.
Deluxe Edition Highlights
The Deluxe Edition, priced at $89.99 (RM428), builds on the Standard content by adding the Legacy Collection and Mayhem Collection. The Legacy Collection launches with packs featuring new suits, vehicles, and Batcave items.

Meanwhile, the Mayhem Collection, arriving in September 2026, introduces The Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters with unique abilities and story missions. Additionally, Deluxe pre-orders grant 72-hour early access starting May 26, before the main launch on May 29. Eligible players can also unlock the Golden Age Batsuit at launch.
LEGO DC Sets and Bonuses

Four LEGO DC Batman sets releasing March 1, 2026, include in-game digital content. For example, the Batman Logo set unlocks a gold Batsuit. Additionally, three Batmobile sets provide playable vehicles and exclusive gold variants. Notably, these bonuses are only available through the LEGO sets.
