PlayStation 5 Console Hits 84.2 Million Shipments, Ghost of Yotei Sells 3.3 Million Units

Sony’s PlayStation 5 continues to show strong performance, with global shipments reaching 84.2 million units. As revealed in its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2025, 3.9 million PS5 units were shipped during this period, which is up 0.1 million from the same quarter last year. Growing PlayStation Network Engagement

In addition to hardware shipments, Sony reported 119 million monthly active users (MAUs) on PlayStation Network as of September 30, 2025.
