Football Manager 26 has entered early access on PC, giving players who pre-order the game a chance to start their managerial careers ahead of the official release. The full game is set to launch on November 5, 2025, with console and mobile versions arriving next.
Developer Sports Interactive delayed the early access launch by a few hours to run final checks on the build. Players can now access the game by pre-ordering it for £44.99 / €53.99 / $53.99 through Steam, the Epic Games Store, or the Windows Store. The game will also be available on PC Game Pass alongside the Xbox release in November.

The early access version allows players to jump into single-player career mode or online career mode. All progress made during this period will carry over to the full release in November, meaning any time spent building your team won’t go to waste. Football Manager 26 introduces several new features, including a redesigned interface, updated UI elements, possession formations, and the addition of women’s teams to the game.
How to Access the Beta
To play the early access version, players must pre-purchase Football Manager 26 from a participating digital retailer. Once you’ve made your purchase and redeemed your key, you can download and launch the game through your Steam or Epic Games Store library.

The early access is exclusive to PC and Mac platforms through digital storefronts. Console players will need to wait until the official November 5 release date. While Football Manager 26 will be available on Xbox Game Pass, there’s no confirmation that Game Pass subscribers will have access to the early version without a pre-order.
This marks another year where Sports Interactive has offered dedicated fans the opportunity to get hands-on with the game before its wide release, continuing a tradition from previous entries in the long-running series.
