Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road takes place 25 years after the original game. The story follows Destin Billows, who joins South Cirrus Junior High while looking for a world without football. At the same time, a player named Harper Evans emerges at Raimon Junior High, the top team in nationals. Their meeting sets the new story in motion.

The game’s cutscenes were created with animation studio MAPPA. According to Level-5, Victory Road will have the longest runtime of animated scenes in the franchise’s history. Level-5 also released three new trailers focusing on the story and gameplay systems. Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is coming to PS5, PS5 Pro, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, Switch 2, and PC.
