Nihon Falcom has announced that price for Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter will change in several parts of the world starting October 19. The adjustments will affect the base game, the Digital Deluxe Edition, and various DLC items on Steam.

The price changes will apply to users in these regions and currencies:

• Indonesia (Indonesian Rupiah)
• Malaysia (Malaysian Ringgit)
• Philippines (Philippine Peso)
• Thailand (Thai Baht)
• Vietnam (Vietnamese Dong)
• Central and Eastern Europe (U.S. Dollar)
• Latin America (U.S. Dollar)
• Middle East and North Africa (U.S. Dollar)
• South and Southeast Asia (U.S. Dollar)

Since its release on September 19, Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter has become Nihon Falcom’s most popular game on Steam, based on the number of players. The title is a full 3D remake of the 2004 turn-based RPG The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky.

The game is available in two versions on Steam. The global version includes Japanese, English, French, German, and Spanish languages. The Asian version only offers Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Korean, along with Japanese voice acting.

Both versions have received “Overwhelmingly Positive” ratings from Steam users, with over 90% of reviews being positive. The Asian version has been especially popular. According to SteamDB data, it reached a peak of 14,295 players online at the same time, while the global version hit 4,874 players at its highest. The Asian version also has more user reviews with 1,498 compared to the global version’s 603. Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter is available on PC through Steam, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5.
