Nintendo has announced the establishment of Nintendo Singapore Pte. Ltd., a new local entity in the Republic of Singapore. The company said the subsidiary will accelerate Nintendo’s business across Southeast Asia and expand its regional reach.

Founded on September 26, 2025, the entity will operate under the leadership of Managing Director Takahiro Miura. Nintendo Co., Ltd. holds full ownership, with a capital stock of eight million Singapore dollars.
In addition, Nintendo confirmed that it is considering setting up another local entity in the Kingdom of Thailand. This step shows the company’s determination to strengthen its operations in Southeast Asia and treat the region as a growing hub for its global business.
