Anime Fest+ is coming back to Kuala Lumpur for its second round in 2025, promising fans a bigger and better experience.  The organizers have announced that Japanese voice actor Honoka Inoue will be attending as a special guest. Inoue is known for voicing Kaoruko Waguri in the anime series The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity, a high school romance story that has gained popularity among anime fans.

During the event, there will be a special stage panel featuring The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity with Honoka Inoue. Additionally, this gives fans a chance to learn more about the series and hear directly from one of its voice actors.

The event is organized by Comic Fiesta and will cover various aspects of pop culture including animation, comics, games, and cosplay. According to the organizers, this second round of Anime Fest+ will feature a larger venue and more activities compared to previous events.

Moreover, the announcement comes after popular demand from fans who wanted the event to return. Anime Fest+ aims to bring together fans of Japanese pop culture in Malaysia’s capital city. The event will take place on September 13 to 14, 2025, at the World Trade Centre KL in Dewan Tun Razak 3 + 4.
