Developers Yuke’s and D3 Publisher announced their new action shooter title Full Metal Schoolgirl on October 23, 2025 worldwide release for the PS5, Switch 2 and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
Players are able to control 2 different cyborg high school girls, Ryoko and Akemi, that are armed and mechanized with different weapons for their use to destroy Meternal Jobz, an evil corporation that rules over Japan in a not-so-distant future like-eques situation.

The game sets in the year 2089, where the United Federation of Japan is an industrial powerhouse, while also being one of the world’s leading countries in overtime work, resulting a sickening future for Japan as they practice of 24 hours working day cycle here which is considered virtuous. Therefore, as the single giant corporation control’s the country social system, economy and industry entirely, the cyborg students must then seek revenge and destroyed the corporation doing so while livestreaming the carnage that your character had ensued.
The battle take place in a 100 story skyscraper who are filled with working cyborg corporate slaves who are dead and are forced to continue working there after death.
Each floor layout in the 100 story skyscraper are filled with security systems and traps and players would have to experience trial and error as the floor layout changes every time when the player attempt to advance to the next floor in order to reach to the top floor of the game.
Both cyborg girls are able to use a wide variety of weapons at the player’s disposal by transforming their arms into deadly weapons and the girls would gradually get stronger when acquired a more powerful modification programs (MODs) and weapons throughout the game. So choose your weapon wisely when facing different scenarios.

A unique part of the game is that if the character fail to complete the floor in the game, you lose your weapons and equipment, which the player requires to start over again from the first floor. Despite the setback, players who earn money during the livestream system of the game and the rewards and material acquired in game from defeating enemies, could allow the player to improve the initial performance of Machine girl to makes things much easier and more chaotic on your next playthrough.
