Death Stranding by Hideo Kojima is known for its authenticity… We had Norman Reedus’s fetus that left us with so many questions in the previous teaser trailer, now we have even more questions! First, the baby with the thumbs up in the trailer, was that a troll? Secondly, what was Norman Reedus carrying on his back – a body!?

Yes the game does have some visually beautiful environments paired with a melancholy indie song and a naked Norman Reedus. For now, we know that Reedus is a deliveryman named Sam in the game, who is forced to traverse the harsh lands on foot without any form of transportation. But is that really the only gameplay? To play as a deliveryman?

We were also introduced to an invisible creature that has been apparently stalking him. Thanks to Lea Seydoux, who saved Sam from being mauled by the invisible creature, we also saw her incredible jacket with retractable spikes. Also another notable celebrity in the game, Lindsay Wagner, appears in the end of the trailer. Also.. what was Lea Seydoux eating towards the end of the trailer – a fetus!?

Though this is the second trailer of Death Stranding, it still did not make any sense. We still cannot figure out how did Sam activate that weird looking lamp by plugging in his fetus! Still…we hope these questions will be cleared up in the near future.
