MapleStory is one of the most popular MMORPG back in our childhood/teen era (it still is), and there is MapleStory 2 launching in South Korea since 2015 and China last year. We couldn’t enjoy much of the sequel as it was only available in Korean and Chinese, but now, Nexon has decided to launch an English version (North America server) of MapleStory 2!

The sequel will be featuring the classic Maple World in a 3D environment with new mysteries to uncover, new foes to face and new outfits to design. Different classes with their unique story such as Archer and Swordsman will be available, you can build and customize your own corner of Maple World as well!

The closed beta will begin on 9 May (ends on 16 May), you can sign up on their official site before 6 May. There is also a Road Trip to Closed Beta event where you can complete tasks for prizes. For more information and updates, stay tuned to MapleStory 2’s official Facebook and Twitter!
