Pre-registration for On Air! opens

Japan-based game developer Coly has just announced that pre-registration for its upcoming mobile otome game On Air! has opened. The game is scheduled for a release in Spring 2018.

To recap, On Air! has players taking on the role of an unnamed female character who has been granted the chance to attend an elite boarding school best known for nurturing voice actors. As you prepare for a new life and a bright future, she is told that the school is being shut down soon.

As the so-called “the chosen one”, you are tasked with the responsibility of reviving the school and lead 30 future stars to success. Yes, the resemblance of the plot with a very particular 2D idol franchise is not lost on us. This is pretty much Love Live! but with cute boys. That said, the voice actor angle does sound particularly interesting.
