TRIBE NINE has just released their first game trailer along with their Steam page. They are currently looking for testers on the platform but you have to be quick. If they exceed the number of available slots, they will go through a lottery to select the eligible testers. If you are one of the lucky ones that won the lottery then an email will be sent to you. These invitation emails will not be reissued under any circumstances.
It currently does not have a release date but Akatsuki Games has mentioned that Android and iOS versions will be announced on a later date.
Created by the same people who made ‘Danganronpa’, TRIBE NINE is going to be a free-to-play action RPG where players control groups of teens that will endure multiple losses and come up with strategies to overcome tough foes. Dive into a crazy adventure with unique characters in a meticulously crafted world.
The synopsis is groups of teens fight in brutal life-or-death battles to reclaim their stolen dreams and freedom. This all takes place in Neo Tokyo, a futuristic country ruled by deadly games. Players can control a party that consists of 3 characters. The ones not controlled by the players will respond to the battle accordingly, luring enemies and healing allies. If timed right, you can even unleash a combo attack with them.
Characters have fully customizable stats as well as equipment so if you fancy building a combat medic that can dish out huge damage now’s your chance.
Here’s how you can join the closed beta test. You will need to fill up a survey. Your application will be completed once you submit the survey and it is limited to only one per person so please ensure you registered with the correct email. Before this, TRIBE NINE had a hyper stylized anime baseball game in the works.
