PlayStation fans rejoice as the Days of Play 2024 sale is kicking off this week, featuring discounts on games, consoles, and more.

The Days of Play 2024 promotion for PlayStation will run from May 29, 2024, until June 12, 2024, at 12:01 AM local time in each region. Note that offers may vary by region and supply availability.

The announcement on the PlayStation Blog post reads:

“We started this global tradition seven years ago to celebrate you, our passionate PlayStation community, for your endless support. We are pleased to bring you more reasons to play, with special Days of Play activities appearing across PlayStation Plus, PlayStation Stars, PlayStation Store, and retailers.”

Consoles, Peripherals, Games

Days of Play sale this year features discounts on PlayStation 5 (PS5) consoles, PS VR2, DualSense, and many select PS5 titles.

PlayStation Plus

From 29 May 2024 until 12 June 2024, new members subscribing to PlayStation Plus can save up to 30% on a 12-month membership plan.

Current members can get 25% off PlayStation Plus Extra, or save 30% off PlayStation Plus Deluxe for the remainder of their membership when they upgrade their memberships during the same time period.

Additionally, all PlayStation players can also access free new avatars based on titles that will be offered through PlayStation Plays during Days of Play starting from May 29.

The avatar can be found on the PlayStation Plus web page or by visiting the PlayStation Plus Days of Play page on your PS5 or PS4 console for the voucher code.

Aside from avatars, in June, all PlayStation Plus members can also expect a lineup of games. To start off, here’s the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for June.

• SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake
• AEW Fight Forever
• Tropico 5

Now for the bonus titles. For PS VR2 games, which will be available for Deluxe members, the games are:

• Ghostbusters: Rise of the Ghost Lord
• Walkabout Mini Golf
• Before Your Eyes

Available on June 11, Deluxe members can also enjoy classic PS2 games on the Classics Catalog, including:

• Tomb Raider Legend
• Star Wars: The Clone Wars
• Sly Cooper & The Thievius Raccoonus

Meanwhile, PS4 and PS5 game offerings for Extra and Deluxe members and their specified dates include:

• Dredge (May 29, 2024)
• Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 (May 31, 2024)
• Cricket 24 (June 5, 2024)
• GTA San Andreas (June 7, 2024)

Aside from that, the critically acclaimed Persona 3 Reload will be available for trial for Deluxe members. Meanwhile, EA Sports FC 24, which was part of May’s Monthly Games lineup, will be available until June 17, 2024.

Moreover, all PlayStation Plus members can also be able to download a Roblox Pack that includes an avatar for Felix Freezebeard the Yeti on June 3, 2024.

Days of Play Activities and Challenges

During Days of Play 2024, PlayStation has also prepared activities for users to earn unique rewards. PlayStation players will have to work together in challenges to reach community goals to unlock exclusive PlayStation Stars rewards.

There will also be an esports tournament for PlayStation Plus members in the form of the Days of Play Cup for EA Sports FC 24. The qualifier will start from 1 June 2024 to 9 June 2024, and qualifier participants will earn a PlayStation Stars EA Sports FC 24 Digital Collectible and an in-game PlayStation FC 24 kit just for joining.

For winners, they will earn a one-month PlayStation Plus Deluxe voucher code, and an invite to join Playoffs. From there, the top 16 Playoff finishers will win FC Points, or a share of $1500 in cash prizes.
