Acer Malaysia announced that the new Predator Helios Neo 14, the latest addition to its gaming laptop line, is launching in the country.

The new laptop has a 14-inch form factor, designed to have a balance between portability and performance, and aims towards students, content creators, and professionals seeking a versatile laptop.

The new Predator Helios Neo 14’s max power is 255W and powered by an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 185H as well as a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 laptop GPU.

For display, the laptop is built with a stunning WQXGA+ (3072×1920) display with a 165 Hz refresh rate, full sRGB color spectrum support, and compatibility with NVIDIA G-SYNC.

As a gaming device, Acer also boasts the Predator Helios Neo 14’s Predator Cooling System, which includes a dual-fan configuration with 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D fans, utilizing Vortex Flow technology to consistently draw colder air into the system’s interior.

Furthermore, the cooling system employs liquid metal grease on the CPU and vector heat pipes to enhance heat transfer and thermal capacity.

In terms of connectivity and ports, the laptop comes with Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E, a full-function USB Type-C with ThunderBolt 4 port, and a MicroSD card reader.

The laptop also claims to elevate video and audio-conferencing experience with its AI enhancements with Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 eliminating background noise and Acer PurifiedView producing better video imaging.

Moreover, the device comes incorporated with the Copilot key for ease of accessing Copilot in Windows for AI-powered assistance, while AI features can be further explored in the Experience Zone on the PredatorSense application – a software that also allows users to personalize the device settings, keyboard lighting effects, and monitor system health.

The Acer Predator Helios Neo 14 is available for purchase now at Acer eStore, official Shopee, and Lazada stores, and Acer authorized resellers nationwide, retailing at a price of RM7,799.
