Developer Mintrocket have announced that their restaurant management sim, Dave the Diver, will be coming to PlayStation, with an upcoming free DLC featuring the King of Monsters, Godzilla.

Announced during today’s State of Play, Dave the Diver will be arriving to both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 this April; and players will be receiving a free DLC that introduces even more enormous threats lurking in the depths, sometime in May.

As of time of writing, it is still unsure if this DLC will release for other platforms, so fans will have to wait a little longer for more information to drop.

On PlayStation 5, players can elevate their diving experience to a whole new level with the DualSense controller, which offers the realistic feeling of a hooked fish tugging the line.

The adaptive triggers will also respond differently depending on which weapon players are using, making the combat and fishing experience even more immersive.

Dave the Diver is set in a mysterious Blue Hole where the ecology and terrain continue to change, and it features a unique art style of combining 2D pixels and 3D art for its visuals.
