During today’s The Game Awards 2023, the release date for Game Science Interactive Technology’s Black Myth Wukong has been revealed.

After years of bits and pieces of information slowly being revealed, we finally got a concrete release date for Black Myth Wukong, which is set to launch on 20th August 2024.

From the reveal trailer shown during The Game Awards, it showed off various of different enemy types ranging  from all-sorts unique monstrous-looking beasts, as well as some gameplay footage of Wukong fighting off said beasts.

This brand new release date trailer also showed off English voice-overs, which is the first time it is been showed as it originally only shown off Mandarin voice overs.

Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG rooted in Chinese mythology with the story is based on Journey to the West, one of the Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese literature.

To reiterate, Black Myth Wukong will be launching for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and Epic Game Store on 20th August 2024.
