SEGA has announced a new 3D action-platformer Sonic game titled “Sonic Dream Team”, launching exclusively for the Apple Arcade.

As announced, Sonic Dream Team will be launching on 5th December 2023 exclusively on Apple Arcade

As a part of Apple Arcade, players would need to subscribe to the gaming subscription service for iOS devices and it costs $6.99 USD per month.

In Sonic Dream Team, the series villain Dr. Eggman has discovered the ancient device of The Reverie, which possessed the power to manifest dreams in the real world.

Of course, a villain dreams of what a villain wishes for, and Dr. Eggman aims to manifest dreams of world domination.

Now it is up to Sonic and his buddies to race to stop Dr. Eggman before he turns his dreams into reality.

The game allows fans to take control of Sonic and many of his friends, including Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Rouge, and Cream.

Aside from the iconic Sonic cast, the game will also introduce a new character named Ariem, a ram based on the zodiac sign of Aries, decorated with a moon tattoo on her forehead.

Each of them will have unique abilities within 3 different movement types to assist players in navigating the mind-bending 12 levels of 4 dream worlds.

Each of the dream worlds will also consist of boss battles to test the players’ skills across different movement types.

Sonic Dream Team will be launching exclusively on Apple Arcade on December 5th, 2023.
