SOULCALIBUR VI was first announced by Bandai Namco last December, and the publisher has recently introduced 4 characters for the upcoming weapons-based fighting game. The 4 characters include some new and returning ones – Grøh, Xianghua, Kilik and Nightmare. Check out the character announcement trailer below!
The Agent in Black – Grøh is a brand new character in the series, which he was selected as one of Aval’s Twelve with his dedication to his studies and training. Unfortunately, his lost his position within the organization after his defeat to Azure Knight. As he wish to protect his right to wield Arondight, he needs to once again prove his strength.
Fans of SOULCALIBUR will be familiar with the returned characters – Xianghua, Kilik and Nightmare. Xianghua relies more on taking her opponent down with feints – landing a decisive blow only after her opponent has left an opening for her to exploit. As the final successor to Ling-Sheng Su’s techniques, Kilik has devoted himself to his training and is currently studying esoteric techniques under the legendary warrior, Edge Master. Nightmare is a character that is able to unleash the power of the sword and kill the opponent in one blow.
No actual release date is announced for SOULCALIBUR VI yet, but it is confirmed to launch in 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (via Steam).
