Bushiroad announced that it will be releasing an English version of its popular mobile rhythm game Bang Dream! which is currently in the works. Not entirely surprising, since Bushiroad’s Love Live franchise was also localised soon after its Japanese release.

Localisation work will be taken care by Ambition, which previously had experience developing the Bungo Stray Dogs mobile game. Ambition will be handling translation tasks and have it running in unspecified “English-speaking regions”. No further details were disclosed at this point in time.

For the uninitiated, BanG Dream! is a girl music group franchise which boasts an anime and a manga series under its belt. The game features original songs specially created for the franchise as well as covers for anime songs. Fans of rhythm games will find much to enjoy here.
