FunPlus and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced DC: Dark Legion, an immersive action-packed strategy game inspired by the Dark Nights: Metal comic series.

DC fans can look forward to battling against evil with their favorite characters when DC: Dark Legion comes to Android and iOS in 2024.

FunPlus has yet to show any gameplay so far. 

However, they described the game as an action-packed strategy game where fans can recruit their favorite DC characters in a global multiplayer battle.

The game will feature original stories set in an alternate DC universe where the depraved The Batman Who Laughs initiated an attack on Earth and its heroes with his legion of Dark Knights.

Players will play a role as an agent from the 31st century, tasked to lead the world’s greatest heroes to stop the new threat. 

In DC: Dark Legion, fans will embark on an authentic adventure across the DC universe and join forces with iconic superheroes including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the rest of the Justice League.

In addition, fans can also build their own base of operation and level-up their recruited heroes’ superpowers and equipment.

FunPlus is no stranger to the world of the DC universe and have previously collaborated with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, adding the legendary Joker as a playable character for the game, State of Survival.

More details on DC: Dark Legion are expected to be revealed later this year.
