airasia and UOW KDU have announced RedGames Jam, a game jam event to be held at UOW Malaysia Glenmarie campus for game developers.

The event, which also features support from the International Game Developers Association (IGDA) as well as SEGA, will run from 28th to 30th July and will feature team-based game development over the course of 48 hours.

Those interested to join the event can sign up via this link, where you can sign up either individually or as a team.

Prizes include a 5 day 4 night trip to Japan, as well as tickets to Tokyo Games Show 2023 and airasia points.

Game Jams are great places for aspiring game developers to put their skills to the test- contestants are usually given a prompt or theme to work off of, with many working with their peers to help refine their ideas ahead of the final presentation.
