The first trailer for Capcom’s upcoming action RPG Dragon’s Dogma II was revealed at the recent PlayStation Showcase.

Simply titled the “1st Trailer“, players are given a glimpse of The Arisen’s new adventure. Check it out for yourself:

“Dragon’s Dogma is a single-player, narrative-driven action RPG that challenges the players to choose their own experience – from the appearance of their Arisen, their vocation, their party, how to approach different situations, and more”.

“On your journey, you’ll be joined by pawns, mysterious otherworldly beings, in an adventure so unique you will feel as if accompanied by other players while on your own adventure. All of these elements are elevated further by the latest in graphics, artificial intelligence (AI), and physics technology to create a truly immersive fantasy world in Dragon’s Dogma 2”.

Dragon Dogma 2 was announced last year with a short teaser image at the Dragon’s Dogman ten-year anniversary event. It was announced that Director Hideaki Itsuno as well as Character Designer Daigo Ikeno and Project Lead Kenichi Suzuki would return for the sequel.

Dragon’s Dogma II will be launching on PlayStation. As this announcement was at a PlayStation event, it has not been confirmed if the game will be coming to other consoles.
