Higan: Eruthyll is now offering server-wide compensation for a bugged rate on a Play Wish Banner and players can redeem said compensations at their in-game mailboxes.

The bugged banner rate in question was the Play Wish [Crimson Fight] banner which was showing inaccurate rates from 19:00 April 13th (GMT+8) and was soon fixed by 21:33 (GMT+8) on the same day.

The team at BiliBili has been on top of things quite well with all that being said, as during the optimization issues period, Hotfixes were being made consistently with compensations in the form of Standard Dubriostals amongst other things being given out as well.

With the Play Wish [Crimson Fight] Banner rate bug, everyone can expect compensations in the form of 20x Star Sigils and 10x Inspiration Sigils while those who were directly affected by the issue, should receive additional compensation within 24 hours according to the in-game mail from the team at BiliBili.

The Higan: Eruthyll server-wide compensation will expire within 30 days at time of writing so we would recommend you to redeem these as soon as you can.
