Season 3 of Overwatch 2 brings in a plethora of new content, which includes the new Antarctica Control map, a new Asian Mythology themed Battle Pass featuring a Mythic Kiriko Skin and much more.

Additionally, an in game Valentine’s game event featuring a browser-based Overwatch Dating Simulator: Loverwatch and a collaboration with the popular anime One Punch Man will also be coming in Season 3.

New Antarctica Peninsula Control Map

Control will get its first map in the form of frosty Antarctica. As seen in Mei’s cinematic, the Antarctica Peninsula station is a lore-rich tundra with several stories yet to be told. This snow-themed Control map features some unique sights, including an ice-breaker ship and an underground drilling station.

The New Antarctica Control Map offers tons of flanking routes and high-ground advantages over objective points which will surely leave players wondering how the meta will unfold.

Season 3 Battle Pass

Overwatch 2 will be diving into Asian Mythology for this season’s Battle Pass. Completing the Premium Battle Pass will net players with the brand new Amaterasu Kiriko Mythic Skin with customisations to fit the theme of the moon, the sea, and storms.

Loverwatch Dating Sim & Ultimate Valentine’s Event

Loverwatch is a non-canon text-based dating sim where players can choose between two potential dating paths: Mercy or Genji. Much like a Visual Novel, players will be presented with dialogue options to interact between the two heroes, as Cupid (Who awfully looks a lot like Hanzo) will be working as your wingman. Unlocking the secret ending will net players a themed POTG Highlight.

The Loverwatch Dating Sim starts on 13th February till 28th February and can be accessed through this website and is available on web client only. The playthrough lasts roughly 30 minutes.

Moreover, Overwatch 2’s Ultimate Valentine event kicks offs on 14th February and lasts till 28th February. It features a Hanzo 4v4 Limited Time Mode and Support-themed challenges that grants players two earnable epic skins, along with other rewards.

One-Punch Man Collaboration

Overwatch’s first ever major IP Collaboration will see Doomfist undergo Saitama from One Punch Man’s training regime. The collab will bring forth One-Punch Man themed skins and cosmetics to the game this Season, which will be revealed before the collab event drops on 7th March.

PachiMarchi Returns

PachiMarchi is back with a new limited-time Kill Confirmed game mode and a ton of rewards that features an epic skin, six PachiMarchi player icons, a weapon charm, and name card.

Players can claim the PachiMarchi Roadhog player icon by logging into the game during the event. Completing the themed challenges before 4th April will have players earn an Epic Pachimari Roadhog skin.
