Null Games, a New Publisher Launched By GitHub’s Founder

Github’s founder, Chris Wanstarth, has announced the formation of a new developer-friendly publisher called Null Games along with its first title in 2023.

Null Game is a game publisher formed with the idea of putting indie games developers first amongst all others. Wanstarth envisions in creating a healthier and a more sustainable game development though Null Games.

At the end of the day, this is really all about the games. We’ve seen what the developer-unfriendly, crunch culture produces. It’s time to see what happens when you treat developers and gamers with respect.”

Right off the bat, they have announced their first title releasing in 2023, Tape To Tape. The game will have you hire superstars in the making, arming them with the best equipment as you sent them out into the field towards victory.

The events on the ice field isn’t your only focus, you will need to also manage your players as well. From unlocking new abilities, group up those with high synergies all in the name of making the best team possible.
