Clover Theater now accepting pre-registrations in Japan

Following a closed beta test, Clover Theater is now accepting pre-registrations ahead of its impending release in Japan. The usual milestone rewards and campaigns have begun to sweeten the deal.

One of these campaigns is a ‘puzzle’ event. Send out the monster girls to retrieve puzzle pieces so that you can complete the image. Should the number of dispatches hit 1 million or more, you’ll be able to receive limited character skins.

The Clover Theater pre-registrations milestone rewards go up to 200,000 users, where players can get the typical slew of gacha currency / tickets, materials (which are posters and carrots here, apparently) and SR character, Haru. Aside from the PVE game modes, PVP is in the works as well.

The basic premise of the game is you being the troupe leader / manager / etc of the titular Clover Theater Theater Company, to run your, well, theater, with performance tours together with your large cast of moe monster girls. The game celebrated its first anniversary in China some time back, and while it will be launching in Japan soon enough, time will tell if a global release would ever be a possibility.
