Princess Connect: Grand Masters is an all new autochess mobile game featuring the Princess Connect cast. The catch is, it’s an April Fool’s release and will only be available for a limited time.

As you might expect, Princess Connect: Grand Masters is only available in Japan. The game will be available from today until 8 April 2022, 16:59 JST. You can play it at 60 FPS (!) and head into the game to rank against other players. Rendered in cute 3D chibi models with a fully voiced story, it’s absurdly well made, AND fun.

The characters have rarities up to 5-stars, and need trios to upgrade into the following rank. Each character can equip up to 3 items each, with “best in slot” items getting a thumbs up icon when you try to drag it over to equip onto any particular character. They also have their respective synergies, with guild members also having their own bonuses when they’re on the field together.

In between player vs player rounds, you will fight monsters for drops and more coin. Their skills are naturally more simplified for this version, but if you’re familiar with the cast, you can expect a similar effect in the game.
