At least one person has decided Elden Ring wasn’t punishing (or rewarding, depending on your bend) enough, inventing Elden Ring-powered sex toys.
The Buttplug.io Twitter account posted a solution today, allowing you to connect your butt plug or cock ring to the game- activating them whenever the game would have your controller rumble.
“Gamers, we know you’re upset, and we’re listening. You want Elden Ring in your butts, and we’re dedicated to making this possible, even if we’re still playing Horizon Forbidden West”, they said.
It should be noted and stressed that the sex toys themselves aren’t custom-made- All Buttplug.io has done is created the code allowing them to be used as a form of rumble for Elden Ring.
They were quick to note that this solution would work on any game- not just Elden Ring- so any game could have its shot at screwing you as long as it had rumble support for controllers.
“Note that there’s nothing Elden Ring specific about this filter or method. This packet filtering method would work for any game with rumble/xinput. I just don’t recommend doing it because running a USB filter driver is about the dumbest possible thing you can do security-wise.“.
If you don’t want to heed their warnings but do want to profit off their hard work, Buttplug.io says they’ll be putting the code up for any other Tarnished in search of an alternate source of grace.
