Developer Rekoo Japan has just announced that it will be launching Cyber Honey its upcoming RPG for the Android and iOS platforms on 28 February 2022. The game is being described as an idol support turn-based RPG that will seeing users being able to vote and support their favourite characters and accompanying voice actresses.

The game boasts well-drawn graphics and a massive cast of bishojo with various personalities who can be recruited to the party.  As mentioned earlier, users can support their favourite voice actresses and this is achieved through the casting of votes following online auditions. Winners of said auditions will subsequently be selected to voice the in-game characters. Those girls can also be furthered voted in to assume the role of centre in the-game idol unit. Select characters will proceed to perform the game’s theme song, coincidentally composed by Sugiyama Katsuhiko of AKB48 and Sakamichi Series fame

Gameplay-wise, Cyber Honey’s turn-based battle system will be relatively elementary where characters would be moved along a grid to attack foes. There is also a built-in auto-mode and double-speed options to make the process even easier. Abilities are determined by character-exclusive weapons and equipment, which can be gathered through various boss battles.  As the game has achieved pre-registrations amounting to over 200,000, all users will be rewarded with 10,000 diamonds which can be used for gacha.
