During a stage event at Tokyo Game Show 2017, Sega showcased 11 minutes of gameplay footage from Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation its upcoming strategy RPG game for the smartphones.

To recap, as the protagonist, whose gender can be selected, you have the ability to summon demons using your smartphone via the ‘Devil Downloader’ (Dx) app. As a member of the “Liberators,” a secret organization tasked with protecting the world, you are embroiled in a conflict between Dx2 users. Alongside the video, Sega launched a complementary Dx2 Info companion application for Android, with the iOS version in the pipeline, which will provide users with latest game information, campaign news and videos.
