[ Guide ] Yun Jin Hangout Event: A Song That Knows Grace All Endings

Welcome to a simple guide to help you get all endings and branches in a new series of character stories in Hangout Events for Genshin Impact, this one featuring the revered performer, Yun Jin! Learn more about the inspirations behind her with our write-up here. There are also achievements you can get related to the Hangout, so let’s begin.

UNLOCKING HANGOUT EVENTS

You’ll need two Story Keys to unlock the Hangout Event. The keys are only needed for the initial unlock, you do not need more for the rest of the events. You will also have to complete the Archon Quest, Interlude Chapter Act 1 “The Crane Returns on the Wind” for the Yun Jin Hangout, similarly to Ningguang.

CRISIS AVERTED…?

You’ll need to fetch Yun Jin but you’ll have to defeat a Ruin Hunter first before you head back to Liyue.

Options lead to:

• “Ultimately, safety should come first…”
  • For A Shame That The Road is Rocky, And Few Friends You Shall Find, Brought Together by Common Interests, A Souvenir Without Sentiment is of Little Worth endings
• “You made a good point, Yun Jin…”
  • For The Cast Contemplates the Play’s Meaning ending

GUESTS FROM THE STEAMBIRD

Options lead to:

• “Make the most of it. You may as well talk to them.”
  • For A Shame That The Road is Rocky, And Few Friends You Shall Find endings
• “Let’s play it safe and book the interview in with your manager.”
  • For Brought Together by Common Interests, A Souvenir Without Sentiment is of Little Worth endings

A STRICT CONTRACT

You’ll have to do a little stealth section, following the NPCs across the bridge.

Options lead to:

• (No need to check in with Yun Jin. This ends now!)
  • For A Shame That The Road is Rocky ending

• (I should stay hidden for now and check in with Yun Jin.)
  • For And Few Friends You Shall Find ending

YUN JIN’S OFFSTAGE BREAK

This time, the ingredients were Crab Roe, Tofu, and Salt. It doesn’t get you an achievement.

Options lead to:

• “That’s a shame. Your offstage personality is definitely the cuter one.”
  • For Brought Together by Common Interests ending

Getting this ending will also get you the May This Moment Be Made To Last achievement.

• “Your onstage persona is more striking. That’s unavoidable.”
  • For A Souvenir Without Sentiment is of Little Worth ending

IMMERSIVE PERFORMANCE

This time, there were seven pigeons.

There’s a bit more combat in the lead up to the ending, where you’ll be facing off:

• 3 Geo Slime
• 2 Geovishap Hatchling

You can get the A Strict Master Trains a Talented Pupil achievement when none of the Blue Scarecrows take any damage. You’ll be forced into using your main character, so some equipment could be handy.

Obtaining all endings for this Yun Jin Hangout gets you the The Lingering Song achievement. Consider performing someday!
