Marvelous Inc. has announced a remake of Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town from the Game Boy Advance. Story of Seasons: Reunion in Mineral Town will be heading for the Nintendo Switch this 17 October 2019.

Story of Seasons: Reunion in Mineral Town is meant to be a full remake. It not only covers Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town but also Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town, which is the version where the main character is a girl instead. This means you can expect to play as either gender and enjoy the game in the way you prefer.

Currently, the announcement only mentions that the game will be launching on 17 October 2019 in Japan. However, we’re confident that it will be getting an English version sooner rather than later. Stay tuned for updates on that!
