Pokémon Singapore has announced a Store Visit Application system for guests who want to visit Pokémon Mart at Plaza Singapura from May 15 to 17, 2026. The application process is in place to help make the visit experience more comfortable for everyone.

The official Pokémon pop-up store at Plaza Singapura is carrying a wide selection of Pokémon Center original merchandise. To manage the number of visitors during the event dates, the store is requiring guests to apply in advance before showing up.

Guests need to submit an application through the Store Visit Application link found in Pokémon Singapore’s bio. It is important to note that submitting an application does not guarantee entry. Successful applicants will be selected through an automated system.

The admission window runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM across all three dates. If you plan to visit on more than one day, a separate application is needed for each date.

• Application Period: Now until 10th May 2026, 11:00 PM
• Results Announcement: From 11th May 2026 onwards
• Event Dates: 15th, 16th, and 17th May 2026

Results will be sent via SMS to the phone number used during registration. Applicants should check their Verification page for their confirmed time slot, as entry is only allowed during the registered time slot.

Each winner is allowed to bring one accompanying guest to visit the Pokémon Mart at Plaza Singapura, meaning a maximum of two people per winning application can enter together. Walk-ins during the applicable admission period will not be allowed for those without a confirmed slot.

Pokémon Singapore also notes that details are subject to change without prior notice, and the application is governed by applicable Terms and Conditions.
