NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD scenario writer Nyalra has tweeted a post stating that they have finished writing the entire script for 13 episodes of a possible anime project for the game.

In their tweet, Nyalra says that they had pouring my heart and soul into every single word and looks forward to spending the next 2 years creating the “animation of their dreams”.

Although they admitted that they cannot reveal any additional information just yet, they speculate that more details might be announced next year.

The tweet also shows some concept art of two characters for the anime project that look similar to NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD characters OMGkawaiiAngel and Ame, albeit with significantly longer hair.

The game describes itself as a multi-ending Adventure Game depicting daily life with Ame, a young girl with an extreme need for approval and her attempts to become the #1 “Internet Angel” (streamer) using her OMGkawaiiAngel persona.

Players take the role of P-chan, a mysterious person who helps manage to Ame’s streams and daily life. Through your guidance and advice, Ame can end up in all sorts of drastic situations (for better or for worse).

Having amassed over 1.5 million downloads since it’s PC launch on January 2022, the game is currently available to play on the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
