Since the various updates planned for May in Mega Man X DiVE, the game is now celebrating the additions with various events! Players will be able to receive rewards when they reach specific player levels, for one. “Experiment Plan” rewards will be available at Dr. Light’s Lab. Completing various stages before 21 May (UTC +8) will reward players with Weapon EXP Program and Weapon Memory Supply Box.
Besides these, there will also be a seven day log in reward campaign from 14 to 24 May (UTC +8) where players can obtain up to 900 Element Metals! Layer, from Mega Man X8, has also been added to the game. Details for these celebratory update events this May for Mega Man X DiVE follows.
Players can get a whole bunch of rewards and supplies until the end of May. With the player level cap now increased to 70, the level-up event will reward players with every 10 levels they achieve, including those who have already reached the cap.
Chapter 7 has been added to the story missions. Clear stages from 5-1 (Normal) to 7-6 (Hard) to be rewarded with Weapon EXP Program and Weapon Memory Supply Box! If you participate in the Experiment Plan at Dr. Light’s Lab, you can earn a lot of rewards too!
Previously a pre-registration campaign, new players joining after 14 May will be able to obtain the character Alia, the S-rank weapon Extraordinary Mortar and Gatling Gun, and EXP Programs once they finish the beginner tutorial.
Additionally, Layer makes her appearance in Mega Man X DiVE! Her design has been kept from her original appearance in Mega Man X8. She possesses her Renyoudan and Tenshouha skills, with her passives capable of a stacking damage buff (up to 10 times).
Last but not least, Mega Man X DiVE will be having a collaboration event with… Mega Man! Details regarding this collaboration will be revealed at a later date.
