Since its release in Japan, there’s been many, many units added to the pool, so for the benefit of World Flipper global players, this will be focused on the initial 5-star characters you can reroll for. Many units will definitely have their niche, so mix and match when needed.

BASICS

You have three main party members, and three sub-party members, effectively making it 6 units to one party. Sub-party members do not come out to replace a main party member. They are there to add stats and modify a main member’s skills. There is equipment to consider, but what weapons you want will be dependent on what characters and synergies you can get anyway. Don’t discount low rarity characters for your sub-party slots!

Other things to note:

• Combos: Pretty self explanatory. Rack up the hits and gain effects according to hit count
• Fever: A “super mode” for your team. You can stun bosses on hit when in Fever, for instance

Names may differ depending on localization.

REROLL TIER LIST

The ranking scale is set as follows:

• SS: Essentially best in class, you can stop rerolling
• S: Incredibly good characters for their roles
• A: Good but more conditional
• B: You can get better, if it’s your only 5-star

A	CELTIE	WIND	Buffer / Self-buff || Much like Sonia, is best in conjunction with combo-enablers
A	RAZELT	LIGHT	Tank / Buffer || Best in conjunction in a party that can keep HP high
A	ECLAIR	LIGHT	DPS || Can be paired with Razelt for best effect due to HP dependent modifiers
B	VAGNER	FIRE	Buffer? || Too conditional
B	MARINA	FIRE	Buffer / Combo || Skill spawns pirates that work as additional balls, but cooldown is long
B	SUIZEN	WATER	Debuffer || Besides Poison, he doesn't bring much to the party
B	LEON	WIND	DPS? Tank? || A somewhat confusing kit that doesn't have clear synergies

That’s it for the list of reroll worthy characters for World Flipper. Some characters have been omitted due to not being available in the global server on release. At a glance, many of the on-launch characters remain strong, so even if you miss out on limiteds, you can still keep up with the permanent pool. Most importantly, remember to have fun!
