With the launch of the highly anticipated Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth just over the horizon, we won’t have to wait long to get a slice of the action, as the playable demo is coming real soon.
The playable demo trailer of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth can be viewed through the PlayStation 5 dashboard right beneath the Explore tab, which also reveals the release date set for 7th February 2024.
We suspect that the trailer would be shown during tomorrow’s FF7 Rebirth dedicated State of Play which is set to air at 3:30 PM PT (7:00 AM GMT+8).

The description of the playable demo is as follows:
“Experience the power of choice! The Final Fantasy VII Rebirth demo is out now, allowing you to step into the shoes of either Cloud or Sephiroth during the Nibelheim episode. Uncover the opening chapter of the game’s story and explore the world map. Your adventure, your choice!”
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is set to launch exclusively on the PlayStation 5 on 29th February 2024.
