Multiplayer strategy mobile game ASTROKINGS is bringing in a crossover collaboration with the long-running anime series Gunbuster.

As announced, publisher Tilting Point has partnered up with Gainax to bring heroes, flagships, and more from the Gunbuster series into ASTROKINGS.

The collaboration has started today and through 29 May 2024, players will be able to experience a limited-time event with 8 new Gunbusters heroes, a new flagship, 5 new types of Gunbuster hero portraits, and many in-game rewards.

During the event period, players can also play through event-limited PVP and PVE content including the Exeilion Fleet raid event and NPC Wanted content.

For the new heroes themselves, there will be 8 characters from the series ranging from Jung Freud, Amano Kazumi, Kashihara Reiko, Smith Toren, Tashiro Tatsumi, Gunbuster, Ohta Kouichirou, to Takaya Noriko.

Meanwhile, the flagship comes with a special design of the iconic ship in the Gunbuster series, which is none other than Exelion.

For those unfamiliar with ASTROKINGS, it is a game where players engage in powerful cosmic spaceship battles with rivals, manage futuristic resources, and build planetary facilities.

In ASTROKINGS, you can build your dream fleet of starships, equip them with powerful weapons, and command them either solo or in alliance.

As mentioned, the Gunbuster collaboration event in ASTROKINGS is now available until 29 May 2024, and you can download them either through Google Play or the App Store.
