For a short time, the Apple website listed the game as launching in “early 2026.” The listing later changed to a disclaimer directing players to the developer’s site for updates.

Apple later removed that statement, but its timing aligns with Hypergryph’s quiet approach since the February beta. Hypergryph’s official website for Arknights: Endfield still gives no release date. The studio last posted news in February 2025, and communication slowed after the closed beta earlier this year.

Preview Impressions Suggest Development Is on Track

Despite the silence, Arknights: Endfield looked strong at Gamescom 2025. The studio ran a prominent booth, and early previews painted a positive picture. GamerBraves’ Jack Coleman, who went hands-on with the game, reported an encouraging experience with the new systems and visuals.

Fans now speculate that another closed test—or possibly an open beta—could arrive before the end of 2025. Based on the information so far, the game seems increasingly set for an early 2026 release window, somewhere between January and May.

Competition in the Gacha Space

The later release means Arknights: Endfield will face tough competition from other gacha titles. Duet Night Abyss launches in November, while Neverness To Everness could still drop before the end of 2025. This crowded lineup raises the stakes for Hypergryph, which must deliver a polished experience to stand out.

Apple’s website didn’t just leak a release window—it also highlighted how the iPhone will handle demanding games like Arknights: Endfield. The A19 Pro chip uses a 6-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine, enabling hardware-accelerated ray tracing for smoother visuals and higher frame rates.

Until Hypergryph makes an official announcement, fans must temper their expectations. The early 2026 window remains the most likely timeline, but additional tests later this year may shed more light. For now, 2025 will pass without Arknights: Endfield reaching players’ hands.
